Karan Pande

Field Sales Engineer – Americas East at Power Integrations

Karan Pande has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Karan most recently worked at Power Integrations as a Channel Sales Engineer, where they served as the technical lead and first point of contact for all channel requests and support in the USA and Canada market. Karan also managed key global accounts and implemented market growth strategies for various industries.

Prior to that, Karan worked at Concordia University as a Research Assistant, focusing on the analysis, design, and prototyping of AC to DC, DC to DC low to medium power EV Fast Chargers. Karan also gained experience in power topologies, electrical circuit design, and power conversion circuits.

Additionally, Karan had academic roles at Concordia University, where they served as a Senator and Governor. These positions involved establishing procedures for the governance of the university, as well as making final decisions on academic regulations and programs.

Earlier in their career, Karan worked at BDB India Private Limited as an Assistant Manager, where they identified new business opportunities for the company. Karan also gained experience as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at SMS Infrastructure Limited, where they were involved in the execution of projects related to electrical infrastructure.

Karan's work experience started at Reliance Power, where they worked as a Trainee and was responsible for maintaining and operating equipment at a power plant.

Karan Pande completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical Engineering from G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering (GHRCE), Nagpur, from 2012 to 2016. Karan then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Applied Science (MASc) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Concordia University from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Karan Pande also obtained certifications including "Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)" from LinkedIn in February 2021 and "PCB Design with EAGLE" from LinkedIn in August 2020.
