Phan le

Phan Le has a strong background in global supply chain management and operations. They have worked at Power Integrations since 2016, where they are currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Management. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the entire global supply chain and managing various operations such as wafer start and foundry capacity planning, assembly and test operations, and logistics.

Prior to Power Integrations, Phan Le worked at Atmel Corporation starting in 1998. They held multiple roles during their time there, including Director of Worldwide Operations and Supply Chain Management. In this position, they oversaw the global supply chain team for various business units and managed business planning teams in different locations. They also worked as the Global Supply Chain Manager, where they developed business processes and planning strategies and controlled inventory using the DOS methodology. Additionally, Phan Le served as the Production Planning Manager, where they were responsible for scheduling orders, coordinating with the marketing team for product releases, and achieving corporate growth goals.

Phan Le obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Saigon University in Vietnam, from 1989 to 1992. They further pursued their education and completed a Master's degree in Manufacturing and Operation Management from the University of Southern California for Professional Studies, between 1996 and 1998.
