Radu Barsan

Radu Barsan is the Vice President of Technology at Power Integrations. Radu has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, and has held various senior positions at large companies such as RIO Inc., Phaethon Communications, Cirrus Logic, Advanced Micro Devices, and Cypress Semiconductor.

Radu Barsan received their undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 1987. Radu then went on to earn their PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 1991.

Radu Barsan has made significant contributions to the semiconductor industry throughout their career. Radu is a highly regarded expert in the field, and their work has helped shape the direction of the industry over the past 25 years.

Radu Barsan earned their Ph.D. in microelectronics from Université catholique de Louvain.

They work with Douglas Bailey - Vice President, Marketing, Thomas Simonis - Vice President, High-Power Products, and Ben Sutherland - Vice President, Worldwide Sales. Radu Barsan reports to Balu Balakrishnan, President & CEO.
