Robert Martin is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in power supply design and field applications. Currently at Power Integrations since October 2005, Robert oversees the Field Application Team for the American Region, aligning team efforts with company goals and addressing the needs of field application engineers (FAEs). Previously, Robert held roles as Senior Field Applications Engineer and Senior Field Application Engineer, supporting technical inquiries and training FAEs while conducting major technical seminars. Prior experience includes serving as a Research and Development Engineer at Quality Components Systems Pte. Ltd., where Robert successfully led multiple high-power SMPS projects to mass production. Robert's career began as a Design Engineer at Emerson Network Power, contributing to numerous high-power SMPS design projects. Educationally, Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapúa University.
