Simon Wang

Simon Wang is a semiconductor professional with sixteen years of engineering research and practice in both academia and industry, specializing in Si, III-Nitride, and SiC power device design, material processing, and characterization. Simon has held positions including Senior Process Integration Engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and Micron Technology Asia, and currently serves as a Staff Process Development Engineer at Power Integrations, focusing on MOCVD production and epitaxy for high-voltage GaN electronic devices. Simon also completed a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina State University, where they researched GaN power semiconductor devices, and held a postdoctoral role at Yale University in optoelectronic materials and devices.
