Vikram Balakrishnan

Vikram Balakrishnan is a Technical Director at Power Integrations with a proven track record in leading strategic and R&D teams to develop advanced power ICs across various applications, including automotive, industrial, IoT, and consumer sectors. With extensive experience in managing new product development, Vikram has successfully guided innovation, fostered relationships with OEMs and ODMs, and performed critical competitor analysis to influence marketing strategies. Prior roles at Networked and Embedded Systems Lab and Texas Instruments contributed to a strong foundation in analog IC design and non-intrusive load monitoring. Vikram holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
