Yi Li

Yi Li has extensive work experience in the field of power electronics engineering. They started their career at Bruel & Kjaer UK Ltd in 2006 as an Electrical R&D Engineer, where they were involved in various tasks such as IGBT selection, circuit design, failure modes analysis, and FPGA programming. In 2008, they joined Protean Electric Ltd as a Senior Power Electronics Engineer, responsible for developing power electronics systems. In 2010, Yi Li moved to Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. (Edinburgh) as a Senior System Engineer, where they worked until 2017. Finally, they joined Power Integrations in 2017 and currently hold the position of Applications Engineering Manager, where they are responsible for building power supplies, testing and improving system efficiency, promoting products to clients, analyzing customer requirements, and developing verification code.

Yi Li completed a Bachelor's degree in Automation Control from Tsinghua University from 1995 to 1999. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Sensorless Motor Drive at the same university from 1999 to 2002. Finally, Yi Li obtained a PhD in Sensorless Motor Drive from The University of Sheffield between 2003 and 2006.
