Established in its present form in 2021, PPTL carries forward a nearly 50-year heritage of training and assessment. As a compact training provider, it is augmented by an extensive network of associates, subcontractors, and partnerships, forming a large corporate family. 

PPTL serves numerous leading power sector companies in the UK, as well as a variety of smaller firms, and caters to learners both domestically and internationally.

PPTL has established a robust Code of Practice and a continuous learning loop model that underpins its operations. We are committed to imparting some of the most critical operational skills required in the power sector and heavy industries. Our experienced training team ensures that trainees have a deeply enriching experience, gaining skills that will benefit them throughout their careers. Our trainers bring a wealth of experience from years in the industry or specialised training, with expertise in High and Low Voltage, Electrical, Control & Instrumentation, and Power Plant operation. Our training offerings are wide-ranging and adaptable, designed to meet specific site needs or through a variety of standard courses available throughout the year.
