We are a people development and consulting company dedicated to unleashing the full, positive potential of individuals and organizations. We have built our unique business on a powerful combination of decades of ground-breaking research, insight-filled books, and highly engaging, experiential workshops.

Our methodology, based on the pioneering work of Barry Oshry and his theory of systems leadership, in simplest terms helps leaders better understand the world in which they operate. It focuses on systemic conditions rather than personalities. And it allows people to more clearly see the underlying issues standing in the way of their success. Using powerful experiential activities that actually get participants feeling it in their guts, it creates lasting, impactful learning. It sticks.

Our programs can be delivered both in-person and virtually.

The Organization Workshop is an experiential workshop about how to build effective partnerships in challenging conditions. Participants are dropped right into roles as top leaders, middle managers, front line workers and customers interacting in a chaotic, fast-paced, remote-work environment. The experience so closely mirrors our day-to-day life that there’s no backing away from its reality. Participants come away with powerful new perspectives and specific ideas on how they can help create a stronger organization and attain a greater sense of accomplishment and purpose.

The When Cultures Meet Workshop: Now more than ever, organizations need the full talent and engagement of their people. Yet there are powerful forces in the world pushing in opposite directions that are causing uncertainty and divisiveness. This experiential program explores how to create a culture that builds inclusion, diversity, and belonging.

We offer Certification Programs for both of these workshops as well. Become a certified facilitator and make a difference in your Organization or for your clients!
