Chuck Stack

Chuck Stack is the current Director of Engineering & Marketing for the Battery Division at Power Sonic. Chuck has over 27 years of experience in technology and business operations. Prior to joining Power Sonic, Chuck served as the Chief Operations Officer for IMI Precision Engineering, IMI Kloehn from June 2012 to July 2016. Chuck was responsible for human resources, operations, quality, engineering and finances, including sole responsibility for the P&L. Under their leadership, they transformed the company culture from family business to international corporation while increasing operating profit from 21.6% to 25.9%. Chuck also established key customer relationships resulting in long term agreements valued at over $20M to deliver 5% growth reversing four years of declining revenues. In addition, they implemented lean best practice improving on time delivery from 70% to over 98%, increasing inventory turns from 4 to 8 and reducing average daily past due backlog for $300k to zero.

From August 1990 to June 2007, Chuck served as the Director of Technology for Micro Motion, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing the technology roadmap for the company’s product portfolio. Chuck also led a team of engineers in the design and development of new products and technologies.

Prior to their work in the corporate world, Chuck was a sole proprietor for Intuition Enhancing Business Analytics from 1987 to 1990. In this role, they provided consulting services in the areas of business intelligence and decision support systems.
