Their most recent position was as the Director of Credit at Power & Tel, where they supervised the credit department and was responsible for over $150MM in receivables. Prior to that, they served as the Credit and Collections Manager at IMC Companies, overseeing collections and implementing strategies to increase successful debt collections. Brian C. also worked as the VP of Lending at FedEx Employees Credit Association, where they developed vendor relationships and drove loan growth. Brian has a strong background in credit analysis, having served as a Senior Credit Analyst at International Paper and as a Senior Underwriter at American Financial. Brian C. also has experience in dealership lending and management positions, including roles as an Area Manager/Dealer Development Representative at Credit Union Acceptance Company, a Regional Manager at Crescent Bank & Trust, and a Consumer/Commercial Loan Officer at Landmark Bank. Brian holds an MBA degree and has been successful in controlling delinquency and charge-off ratios.
Brian C. Diggs, MBA, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, which they earned from 1990 to 1994. Brian C. furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Belhaven University between 2003 and 2005. Prior to their university education, Brian completed their College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at St. Francis Desales from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Brian has recently obtained several certifications, including "Decoding Trade Credit Balance Sheet and P&L Statements" and "Financial Statement Analysis Mini-Certification Program" from Highako Academy in September 2022.
