Prior to this role, Chris was a Retail Store Manager at Conn's HomePlus from August 2015 to January 2018, overseeing all operations and advancing from assistant to general manager in a record six months. Earlier experience includes serving as a Retail Sales Manager at Sprint from August 2008 to September 2014, where responsibilities encompassed sales performance and team development. Chris has a degree from The University of Memphis, earned between 1986 and 1992.
