Tracy Smith

Tracy Smith is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Power & Tel since July 2023, Tracy previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Conway Services for over a decade, focusing on payroll, recruiting, employee relations, benefits management, and ADP programs. Before that, Tracy worked as an HR Generalist at Truck Pro Inc, where responsibilities included processing bi-weekly payroll for over 1,000 employees and assisting with benefit open enrollment. Tracy earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Arkansas State University between 1987 and 1990 and completed earlier education at Evangelical Christian School from 1984 to 1987.
