The Campus Operations Team at Power to Change is responsible for overseeing and executing strategies to foster spiritual growth and evangelism among university students across Canada. This includes coordinating outreach events, providing administrative support, developing innovative ministry approaches, and equipping campus staff to effectively share their faith and mentor students. The team ensures that all campus initiatives align with the organization's mission to help people know Jesus and transform the world through His power.

They creatively develop strategies and resources to support organizational growth while also enhancing leadership skills within the team and the wider community. Their goal is to ensure sustainable support for the mission of helping people know Jesus and equipping Christians to share their faith.
