Headquartered in Washington DC, with offices in La Plata, Maryland and Brooklyn, NY, Power Tots is an empowering children's movement company that offers exciting programs in a safe, fun and positive environment. We set our standards high by offering instruction that is never competitive and always encouraging, disciplining with a “positive attitude” and leading by example. We also offer a developed and researched gymnastics and yoga curriculum that progresses children from basic to more advanced skills at their own pace. Instructors are safety-certified and are trained to advance with each child based on their own individual needs without disparaging other children or creating a competitive atmosphere.
