Deepak Raut

Deepak Raut is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and engineering, currently serving as General Manager of Product Development at PowerX, Inc. since July 2022, where responsibilities include defining the product development roadmap for battery storage systems and evaluating partners for lithium-ion cell sourcing. Previous roles include Chief Engineer/Architect at PowerX, where Deepak managed the design of battery storage systems and EV chargers, and Lead System Engineer at Daimler Truck AG, focusing on high voltage safety and battery system architecture. Additional experience includes positions at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India and Tata Motors, specializing in hybrid vehicle development and automotive protocols. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing certifications in Python and Cybersecurity.
