Deepak Gupta is the SVP of Finance at Power2SME. Prior to their current role, they served as Financial Controller at Genesis Colors Pvt Ltd from April 2008 to December 2011. In this role, they were responsible for pro-actively building and nurturing relationships with cross-functional peers and business leaders, which helped bring out organizational synergies. Deepak also successfully got the financial due-diligence process done three times from Big 4's for private equity investments totaling around INR 200 Cr.

In addition to their work at Genesis Colors Pvt Ltd, Deepak has also raised and managed debt of more than INR 60 Cr from foreign and Indian banks. Deepak has also successfully handled Income Tax, VAT, Excise, and Service Tax surveys/inspections/assessments. Some of their other accomplishments include setting up MIS Dashboards based on key operational metrics to drive business planning and developing, training, inspiring, motivating, and retaining a core finance team for 4 years.
