Stephanie Floyd is a dynamic Director of Rehabilitation Services and licensed Occupational Therapist with extensive expertise in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Currently serving at Powerback, they manage all aspects of rehabilitation services within a retirement community, ensuring compliance with state regulations and developing staff through training and mentorship. Previously, Stephanie held positions including Director of Rehabilitation Services at Genesis Rehab Services and Senior Account Manager at Direct Supply.
