John Donkers is the Director of Quality at PowerBlock Inc., where they have been dedicated to manufacturing excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement for the past two and a half years. With a strong background in Six Sigma, they prioritize operational efficiencies and team collaboration to enhance quality and compliance standards. Prior to this role, John managed quality and compliance at Applied Power Products, Inc., overseeing multiple divisions, and previously served as Corporate Quality and Compliance Manager at Cybex International, Inc. Their journey in quality management began at Cybex, where they progressed from Quality Technician to Quality Engineer and ultimately to Quality Manager. John is currently pursuing a degree in Six Sigma, focusing on Design and Manufacturing Excellence at Villanova University.
