威 刘 is currently the Head of Department for HV Battery purchased parts, charging, and HV components at Volkswagen Group China. They have over 14 years of experience in the research and development of new energy vehicles (NEVs), with a focus on high-voltage battery systems, charging solutions, and high-voltage safety validation for PHEV and BEV platforms. 威 刘 previously held significant roles at companies such as BMW, Audi, and PowerCo, where they managed charging solutions and high-voltage system developments. They are also pursuing an MBA at Renmin University of China.
