Leile Sims is currently the Head of People & Culture at Powerco since September 2020. Previously, they worked as a Senior Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Fonterra for nearly a decade. Leile also has a background in law, having worked as a Senior Solicitor at EMA Legal and as a Solicitor at Richard Lewis Law and Chapman Tripp. They holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Massey University and a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington.
