Amber Rivera

Amber Rivera is a passionate Learning and Development Leader with nearly a decade of experience in designing and implementing workforce development programs. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Tampa, Amber teaches a senior-level leadership course while also holding the position of Senior Learning and Development Partner at Power Design, Inc., where they focus on leadership empowerment and career growth. Previously, Amber held various roles, including Associate Director of Residential Education and Sr. Learning and Development Specialist at Bloomin' Brands, Inc., where they enhanced student and employee engagement through innovative learning solutions. Amber's expertise includes instructional design, talent management, and performance consulting, with a commitment to fostering inclusive and effective learning environments.
