Bill Jordan

Bill Jordan is the Chief Counsel for Construction at Power Design, Inc., a prominent electrical contracting firm based in St. Petersburg, Florida. In this role, they oversee compliance coordination, risk management, and contract negotiations while managing the corporate legal structure and advising on insurance programs. Bill has transformed the contracts department into an internal customer service hub, significantly enhancing client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles. Previously, they served as a law clerk at Yesner & Boss and co-founded ECHO I.T. Solutions, Inc., where they managed corporate governance and drafted contracts. Bill holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law.
