Heather Ford

As Chief Financial Officer, Heather oversees all aspects of finance and accounting for Power Design, including

general ledger, treasury management, AP, payroll, reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Using her team's analysis of

market trends and financial results, Heather works with the other members of the Executive Committee to provide

insight and leadership in the development of short- and long-term strategies.

Prior to joining Power Design in 2011, Heather was an auditor for Arthur Andersen and owned a tax and accounting

practice.A Tampa local, Heather is a graduate of the University of South Florida, earning both a Bachelor of Science

and Master's degree in Accounting. Heather has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida

for the past 20 years and is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association. While raising a

houseful of teenagers, this busy CPA still finds time to sit on boards for the Florida Institute of CFOs and Habitat for

Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties, as well as being a member of their women's giving circle, Hammers

and Heels.
