Chief Operating Officer at Power Design

With an unparalleled sense of urgency, Joe has set the bar for operations at Power Design. Joe has led various

groups and was instrumental in reorganizing our operations group from coast to coast, mentoring our leadership, and

creating a strong platform for continued growth.

As COO, Joe is responsible for all aspects of operational execution, from the day-to-day operations to departmental

collaboration and efficiency. He sets comprehensive goals for performance, provides the tools and guidance to

achieve those goals, and monitors progress, while always promoting Power Design's vision and culture. With his focus

on the field, Joe directly oversees all aspects of Power Design's construction projects nationwide, including the

Systems Division which performs fire alarm, low voltage, security, audio/visual and lighting control work. From the

office to the field, Joe can be counted on to get the job done right. He plays a vital role on the executive team, is an

advisor to ownership, and even finds time to MC our Power Design events.

Joe has more than 25 years of experience in the electrical field, originally hailing from New York where he studied

accounting. He's OSHA 30, Fire Alarm, and Security System certified, and has held executive roles in project

management, operations and finance.
