Fortune Top 100 Company on a 270,000-square-foot campus spanning more than 35 acres, where he maintains an

open door policy with all of the more than 2,000 employees

As Chairman, Mitch ensures the company's interests are protected, reinforces the corporate mission, and is a

positive motivator ensuring the work-hard play-hard culture is strong. Mitch is a Certified Master Electrician in 20

states, from his hometown of Huntington Beach, CA., across the U.S. to his longtime residence in St. Petersburg, FL.

Whether working on his golf handicap or acquiring new business, his energy and charisma are contagious.

Mitch played a major role in developing the company's core values in 2007 and still promotes them daily across the

company. "Our five values are permanent, and they are non-negotiable. We each had a part in creating these values,

and we need to hold each other accountable in upholding them."
