Nick Young

Regional VP at Power Design

Native to the Washington, D.C. area, Nick graduated from the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee

program, then obtained his Journeyman Electrician's license. His field experience was an asset in developing his

project management skills as he worked into a leadership role in his family's electrical contracting business. After

relocating to Florida in 2014, Nick joined Power Design as a Senior Project Manager on the Southwest team. In his 5

years at Power Design, he has grown from St. Project Manager, to Project Executive, to his current role as RVP of the

Southwest region. In addition to holding his journeyman's license, Nick is OSHA 30 Certified and has completed the

NECA Project Management Training Program.

Having a passion for mentoring, Nick serves on various process improvement committees and as a guest contributor

in PM& Super boot camps. His passion extends to his love for music, playing bass guitar and enjoying family time at

| the beach with his wife and two children.
