Robert DeShazor

Robert "Keith" DeShazor is the Senior Project Superintendent at Power Design, Inc., where they have been employed since 2018. With a wealth of experience in the electrical field, Keith held the position of Electrical Superintendent at various companies, including Enterprise Enterprise Electrical and Arc Electric Inc., from 1984 to 1988 and 1983 to 1984, respectively. Prior to their current role, they served as an Electrical Supervisor at Watson Electrical for 18 years, from 1988 to 2006. Keith began their career in the electrical industry as a Foreman with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers from 1980 to 1982 and worked as an Electrical Mechanic at Coastal Group from 1982 to 1983. They are also the owner of Enterprise Electrical Construction, which they established in 2014, and are pursuing an Electrical Apprenticeship at Richmond Technical Center.
