Sarah Shields

Sarah Shields is a Senior Learning and Development Partner at Power Design, Inc., where they design and facilitate multi-platform training content while optimizing the learner experience. Prior to this role, Sarah held various teaching positions at Charlotte Montessori School, including Lead Primary Teacher and Lead Toddler Teacher, focusing on implementing Montessori philosophy and fostering educational growth in young children. Sarah's experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Surgical Specialist of Charlotte, where they managed recruitment and onboarding processes. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2016.
