Shannon Woods

Shannon Woods is currently an Engagement Partner and Virtual Design & Construction Support Partner at Power Design, Inc. They previously worked as a Leasing Professional at Greystar, where they leased over 100 apartments and received the Leasing Professional of the Year award in 2018. Earlier in their career, Shannon served as a Greeter at Mizelle Promotions, managing promotional events and training new staff. Shannon also interned with the Town of Belleair, where they played a key role in marketing and executing large-scale community events. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida.
