Stephanie DelMonte

Stephanie DelMonte, SHRM-CP, is the Learning and Development Manager at Power Design Inc., where they lead strategic initiatives to empower early career talent and accelerate professional growth. Formerly, they held various roles at Power Design, including Training Facilitator and Career Development Supervisor. Prior to that, Stephanie worked for the City of St. Pete Beach and the City of Largo, focusing on recreation activities and program management. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of South Florida.
