Stephanie Morge

Stephanie Morge is the Vice President of Learning and Development at Power Design, Inc., where they oversee the strategy and development of all learning initiatives for employees. In this role, they collaborate with executives and department leadership to identify knowledge opportunities and enhance customer understanding of operations. Previously, they served in various training and development roles at Power Design, including Director of Learning and Development and Field Training Specialist. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of South Florida, along with additional certifications in leadership management and disruptive leadership.
