Trish Hoene

Trish Hoene, PHR, is a results-driven and innovative People/HR strategist currently serving as Vice President of People at Power Design, Inc., a national design-build multi-trade contractor. Previously, Trish held various roles at Power Design, including Senior Director and Director of Employee Experience, and worked as HR Director at Ryan Fireprotection. Trish began their HR career as Employee Relations Manager at Ciber, contributing to the field since 1999. Trish is furthering their education at Indiana University South Bend.
