John Henricksen

John (Andy) Henricksen, MS, is the Director of Law Enforcement Strategy for PowerDMS by NEOGOV and a retired Lieutenant from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. With a robust background in law enforcement, they have held various leadership roles, including managing community policing divisions and overseeing training programs. Andy possesses a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration Law Enforcement and a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership. They have contributed extensively to law enforcement training and operational strategies, and have also served as an instructor at multiple police academies.
