Leonor Costa

Leonor Costa is an experienced professional in the field of people and culture, currently serving as the People & Culture Coordinator at Powerdot since August 2022, after roles as People & Culture Trainee and Administrative Assistant. Prior to Powerdot, Leonor worked at MAGG AGENCY as a Project Manager and held positions as Junior Social Media Manager and Copywriter. Additional experience includes content production at DoBem and a Communications Trainee role at Merck Group. Early experience involved supervising children at Lycée Français Charles Lepierre, fostering positive interactions and supporting their readiness for class. Leonor holds a Licenciatura in Ciências da Comunicação from Universidade Europeia and has studied at the University of Lodz and Escola Secundária de Pedro Nunes.
