Thomas Monteiro

Thomas Monteiro is a distinguished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity, investment banking, and energy infrastructure. Currently serving as Co-founder and Chief Investment Officer at Powerdot since 2021, Thomas previously held the position of Senior Associate at 3i Group plc from 2017 to 2021, focusing on private equity within the infrastructure and energy sectors. Additional expertise includes board observer roles at multiple companies, such as Infinis Energy Group and Oiltanking GmbH. Earlier in the career, Thomas worked as an Associate and Investment Banking Analyst at UBS and gained foundational experience as a Summer Analyst at various firms including Capgemini Consulting and Banco Espírito Santo.
