Empowering people with chronic illness including cancer to live better and take control of their health and wellbeing. We offer a client-centred approach in a non-judgemental and safe space to work on meaningful and lasting lifestyle changes.

It is understood that the client is the expert in their own life, and they know best what changes they need to make. The coach offers guidance and specific knowledge to support the process of change. It is the client's responsibility to make the changes, and the coach will honour the client’s autonomy and unique values.

Our services cater for individual stages of change ranging from a one-off session, a 4-session flexi package to a 12-week program - all promoting awareness, self-discovery, and empowerment.
