Lee Halbrook, PMP, is currently the Digital Utility Business Unit Director at Power Engineers, where they manage departments focusing on Geospatial Services, Asset Management, Intelligent Design, and Grid Modernization. Lee has a proven track record of leading successful teams and delivering results across roles at POWER Engineers, VelocitIE Integration, and the City of Wausau. Previously, they served as a Department Manager at POWER Engineers, where they achieved notable financial performance improvements and led substantial business development efforts. Lee began their career as a GIS Specialist at Menominee Tribal Enterprises and later worked as a GIS Analyst at the City of Wausau. Lee holds a degree from the University of Idaho.
