Tom Chaney

Tom Chaney has extensive experience in management and utility licensing, having served as the Managing Officer for GAI Consultants, Inc. from 2006 to 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing office operations. Prior to that, Tom held the position of Director of the Licensing Division at Cincinnati Gas and Electric from 1984 to 1996, focusing on licensing and permitting major utility facilities. Currently, Tom is the Department Manager at POWER Engineers, managing staff, overseeing hiring and recruiting, and leading business development efforts since March 2013. Tom's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management and Finance from Point Park University and a Master of Arts in Environmental Planning, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Geography/Geology, both from Eastern Kentucky University.
