Bryan Towe

Bryan Towe has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Bryan currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at PowerFlex since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Strategic Growth at EDF Renewables North America from 2018 to 2021.

From 2015 to 2018, Towe worked at Sempra Energy in a corporate development and mergers & acquisitions role. Before that, they held positions at Deutsche Bank as a Vice President in both technology M&A and natural resources M&A from 2010 to 2015.

Towe's earlier experience includes working as an Associate Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at UBS Investment Bank from 2008 to 2010. Bryan also worked as a Consultant at the World Bank Group and as a Proposal Writer/Associate at Catholic Charities of Boston.

Towe began their career as a Natural Resource Manager in the Peace Corps Ghana from 2000 to 2002. Overall, their work experience showcases a strong background in finance, corporate development, and M&A in the renewable energy sector and beyond.

Bryan Towe's education history begins in 1996 when they enrolled at Westminster College (MO) to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree. Bryan studied History and Environmental Studies, graduating in 2000.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Bryan decided to further their education and enrolled at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in 2005. Bryan pursued a Master of Arts degree, with a focus on International Relations & Economics, and successfully completed their studies in 2006.

Seeking additional knowledge and skills in the field of business, Bryan joined Columbia Business School in 2007. Bryan pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. Bryan completed their studies at Columbia Business School in 2008.
