Craig Smith

Craig Smith began their work experience as a Seasonal Intern at UniGroup, Inc. in 2008. Craig then worked as an International Move Manager at UniGroup Relocation from 2008 to 2014, where they cultivated relationships with moving agents worldwide and participated in training conferences. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Logistics Operations Specialist at UniGroup Logistics, managing various logistics projects and collaborating with business development and implementation teams. Smith then worked as a Product Consultant at UniGroup, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, where they served as a subject matter expert for a new Transportation Management System and identified business requirements. Craig later joined QDivision as a Product Lead in 2017, overseeing product development until 2022. Currently, Smith is employed as a Product Manager at PowerFlex since 2022.

Craig Smith received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Business Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia, graduating in the year 2008. In addition to their degree, they obtained the certification of Certified Logistics Technician from the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council in October 2015. Furthermore, they acquired the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in May 2016.
