Jay Aylwin

Jay Aylwin has a diverse work experience in the field of business development, strategic partnerships, project management, market analysis, and marketing.

Jay recently worked at PowerFlex as the Director of Business Development, where they were responsible for developing strategic partnerships. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships and Senior Project Manager at the same company.

Before joining PowerFlex, Jay worked as a Project Manager at PowerFlex and as a Market Analyst at the company.

Prior to their roles at PowerFlex, Jay worked at Intermedia.net, Inc. as an Associate Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator. In these positions, they developed marketing programs for customer retention, up-selling, and cross-selling. Jay also managed the company's participation at industry conferences and updated the corporate website.

Jay Aylwin attended the University of Central Florida from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Public Relations. In November 2020, they also received certifications in Executive Leadership and Performance Leadership from Cornell University.
