Jonathan Koser

Jonathan Koser has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jonathan is currently working as a Software Engineer IV at PowerFlex, where they focus on building and scaling the PowerFlex X platform for carbon-free electrification and transportation solutions. Jonathan'sresponsibilities primarily involve backend cloud infrastructure and API development.

Prior to PowerFlex, Jonathan worked at Olive, where they held multiple roles. Jonathan started as a Sr. Software Automation Engineer, where they developed custom automation solutions for AlphaSite customers using Olive's proprietary software. Jonathan also researched best practices for interacting with electronic medical record systems and computer vision-based automatons. Later, they became the Director Of Engineering and oversaw operations in one of Olive's Lab divisions, mentoring teams and guiding engineering efforts. Jonathan was then promoted to Principal Engineer and took responsibility for the technical architecture and design of Olive's Autonomous Revenue Cycle (ARC) product.

Before Olive, Jonathan worked at Polarity as a Software Test Engineer, leading software testing efforts and creating automated testing infrastructure. Jonathan also monitored and analyzed software quality and performance, and contributed to the development of the CI/CD pipeline.

Jonathan'sprior experience includes working as a Software Test Engineer at Philips, where they focused on automation framework development for radiation oncology treatment planning software. Jonathan also worked at Epic as part of the Quality Assurance team, where they conducted rigorous software testing and ensured user-friendly interfaces.

Jonathan's early work experience includes a role as a Cartographer at UW-Madison CartLab, where they created custom maps and performed GIS work for various organizations, including the National Forest Service and Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

Jonathan Koser has a diverse education history. Jonathan started their academic journey at Austin High School in Austin, MN, where they obtained their high school diploma in General studies in 2011. Following that, they attended Riverland Community College from 2009 to 2011, where they studied Geography and English.

In pursuit of further education, Jonathan enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Geography with a concentration in Cartography/Geographic Information Systems, spanning from 2011 to 2015.

Jonathan's thirst for knowledge continued as they pursued a Professional Capstone Certificate in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their degrees, Jonathan also holds certifications in various fields. Jonathan obtained the EpicCare Inpatient EMR certification from Epic in August 2015. Subsequently, in July 2020, they acquired the "Master the Fundamentals of AI and Machine Learning" certification from LinkedIn.
