Lisa Sofio

Lisa Sofio is currently the Deputy General Counsel at PowerFlex, where they previously served as Senior Counsel. They have extensive legal experience, having worked as a Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and as an Attorney at Hollyer Brady Barrett & Hines LLP. Lisa has held various positions at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, including Director of the Contract Disputes & Energy Unit. They earned a B.A. in International Relations from the University of San Diego and a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco.
