Lucie Dupas

Lucie Dupas has a strong background in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on solar power. Lucie currently holds the position of Chief Delivery Officer at PowerFlex, a role they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Execution at PowerFlex from June 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining PowerFlex, Lucie worked at EnterSolar, where they held various roles from November 2014 to June 2021. Their most recent position at EnterSolar was as the VP of Engineering from September 2018 to June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering Director from March 2017 to September 2018, and as a Senior Solar Engineer from November 2014 to February 2017.

Lucie also has experience at Bright Power, Inc., where they worked as a Senior Project Engineer - Solar Specialist from August 2012 to November 2014. Their responsibilities at Bright Power included conducting solar feasibility studies, designing solar PV and solar thermal systems, managing installations, and performing financial analysis.

Earlier in their career, Lucie worked at Sollega Inc. as the VP of Product from November 2010 to September 2012. Lucie was responsible for the development and implementation of a unique solar module mounting system.

Additionally, Lucie has experience as a Project Manager at Filière Ingénieur Entreprendre, where they were involved in a business creation project in the solar PV field. Lucie managed the project, conducted market studies, developed the company strategy, and created a business plan.

Lucie started their career with an internship at Sustainable Energy Partners, a clean energy consulting firm. Their responsibilities during this internship included analyzing the feasibility of PV solar projects, developing energy audit tools, and providing energy efficiency recommendations.

Lucie is a highly experienced professional in the renewable energy industry, with a diverse skillset encompassing project management, engineering, financial analysis, and business strategy.

Lucie Dupas has a diverse education history. Lucie started their academic journey by completing their French High School Diploma, specializing in Science and Mathematics, from 2000 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Engineering with a focus on Energy, Environment, and Renewables from INSA Lyon (National Institute of Applied Sciences) from 2005 to 2010.

Later, Lucie pursued further education to enhance their skills in Management and Leadership. Lucie attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership.

In addition to their formal education, Lucie Dupas obtained a certification as a PV Installation Professional from NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) in December 2014.
