Matt Ashwell

Matt Ashwell is a seasoned project manager in the solar energy sector with extensive experience in overseeing commercial and residential solar installations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at PowerFlex since February 2021, Matt has previously held roles as an Electrical Solar Construction Manager at Borrego and as a Construction Manager at CIRA ENERGY, INC. With a background that includes owning and managing Planet Earth Solar, where significant solar projects were completed in Southern California, Matt has honed expertise in managing operations, subcontractor supervision, safety compliance, and project execution across multiple companies since entering the industry in 2007. Matt's educational background includes a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Longlands College, earned between 1992 and 1998.
