Raphael Declercq

Raphael Declercq has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Raphael started their career at McKinsey in 2006, where they worked as a Consultant until 2009. In 2009, they joined EDF Energies Nouvelles as Deputy Advisor to the CEO, a position they held until 2012. Raphael then moved to EDF Renewables North America, where they took on various roles including Business Development Manager from 2011 to 2012, Director of Divestiture & Portfolio Management from 2012 to 2015, VP of Portfolio Strategy from 2015 to 2022, and EVP of Distributed Solutions and Strategy from 2018 to 2022. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Board Member at EDF ENR Solaire, and from 2017 to 2021 as a Board Member at Nuvve Corp. Finally, in 2022, Raphael joined PowerFlex as the Chief Executive Officer and remains in this role at present.

Raphael Declercq attended HEC Paris from 2002 to 2006. This education experience did not specify a degree name or field of study. In 2005, they also spent a year at the University of Cologne, where they pursued a CEMS degree. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2002, Raphael attended Sainte-Geneviève, where they pursued a Prépa EC field of study.
