Timothy Kent

Timothy Kent is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in organizational roles focused on civic engagement and environmental initiatives. Currently serving as a Program Operations Intern at PowerFlex since August 2025, Timothy also works as an Organizer for Food & Water Watch, where responsibilities include coordinating events for large groups and spearheading campaigns for building electrification. Previous roles include training in solar PV installation at the RETI Center, organizing grassroots campaigns for the New York City Mayoral Campaign, and serving as a volunteer with the Ed Markey for U.S. Senate campaign. Timothy's early career includes an internship with Councilmember Corey Johnson and involvement in student government. Timothy holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Drew University, completed in 2018.
