Job Description

This position of Website Developer requires a sharp, reliable, design-focused theme customizer that can find quality themes that meet our and our clients’ requirements. Then take those requirements and prototypes to create polished front-end websites.

The Web Developer is responsible for creating the design and layout of a website or web pages. This can mean working on a brand new website or updating an already existing site. You may work on making web designs a reality or writing code that dictates how different parts of the website fit together.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

- Creating website designs

- Producing sample sites

- Meeting with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress

- Demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites

- Keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments

- Developing skills and expertise in appropriate software/programming languages such as HTML and Javascript

- Creating products that are user-friendly, effective, and appealing

- Digital retouching and image editing

- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Working to tight timelines and deadlines

- Good communication and reporting skills to the team

Job Requirements:

- Strong front-end design sense.

- A clear understanding of how to customize themes.

- Should be able to search and beautiful themes that align with the brand identity from popular theme sources like ThemeForest and others.

- Understanding of fonts and typography.

- Quick turnaround and ability to work with a team.

- Knowledge of ClickUp and Slack
