Brandie Jones is the founder and the power behind PowerHouse Learning.  Please see Brandie's personal profile to connect with her on LinkedIn.

Brandie is an initiator of results and will uncover core issues that need addressing and get to work! It might be communication problem between management and employees.  It may be two employees who are slowing things down because they can’t get along.  If there’s a people problem we’ll help discover and solve it.

Action Drives Results, is Powerhouse Learning's motto. Once areas are identified, we act. We doesn’t just tell you what’s wrong and leave.  We don't even tell you how to fix what’s wrong and leave.  We stay and fix the problems with you.

Change is a tricky thing.  You can demand change, expect change or avoid change.
Demanding change never lasts. Expecting change without the right process only leads to disappointment. (And of course you know avoiding change isn't the answer). Let Powerhouse Learning help you move discussion into action.
